Sponsorship Notes
We will again have our traditional agribusiness trade show. Exhibit tables will be available for you that are covered with a white tablecloth. The tables are 6 feet by 2.5 feet. Electrical outlets are available, but be prepared to run an extension cord in some instances. The room will be set up some time during the night before, so you may set up your exhibit anytime after 7:00 a.m. on the morning of March 10th as long as you are completely set up by 10:00 a.m. The trade show opens at 10:00 a.m.Some of you folks and/or your employees have PAS certification with ARPAS (American Registry of Professional Animal Scientists). As an added bonus this event has been approved for 2 PAS continuing education credits. Events like the annual Cornell Nutrition Conference are approved for credits. This program provides another opportunity for those credits to be earned.
The fee to have an exhibit at the trade show will be $100. Below is an attached registration form for the trade show. Please follow the instructions below.
Please scan a business card that we can put in the program. Email it to herkimer@cornell.edu. If you are mailing in your registration, please do not staple the card to your registration.
If you would like to be listed as a program sponsor, but DO NOT want to have an exhibit table please let us know that, when you send us your business card.

MeatSuite.com is a free resource provided by Cornell University where NY meat farmers can create a farm profile and list their bulk (wholes, halves, quarters) and bundled (i.e. Grilling Bundle) meat products.Why should farmers join?
1. It's free and easy!
2. Connect with more local customers. In the past year the MeatSuite.com farm directory had 8,300 visits from New York consumers. Farm profiles get as many as 25 views per month from potential local customers. We also spotlight MeatSuite farms on social media and bring attention and purchases to farms through highlights and giveaways.
How do I join?
Farmers can visit https://www.meatsuite.com/farmers/ to create a free farm profile. You must list at least one product for your farm's profile to go live. You'll also have access to Cornell's free Meat Price Calculator, a helpful tool for pricing your meat to make a profit.
While you're on MeatSuite, check out the "Creating Consumer-Friendly Bulk Meats" publication on the log-in page. It has tips on how to create bulk meat products that are easier for first-time buyers to say "yes" to.
